SEA Change is a gallery and community event space in Portland, Oregon, USA.
SEA Change’s mission is to advocate for environmental consciousness, animal rights, and social justice via art exhibits and community events open to all walks of life.
In addition to curating social and environmental art exhibits, SEA Change’s space is offered free of charge to community-based groups and individuals organizing free events, lectures, gatherings, music, and performances intent on making the world a better place for us all to share.

Co-founded in March 2009 by emerging artists Katherine Ball and Alec Neal.
SEA Change is located at the Everett Station Lofts nonprofit artist community in the historic Old Town/Chinatown district of downtown Portland, Oregon. Old Town/Chinatown is an eclectic hub of Portland’s young art scene, Asian heritage, and transitional housing for people impacted by homelessness, poverty and addiction.
